My sister is with a college sponsoring her tier4. It's saying it is no longer offering a course that she has to re take in order to complete get mba. the only alternative is to take this course at another college so that she can get a credit for it towards her MBA. College is asking her to ring up ukba and ask for permission to take this course at this other college. Her passport and application is with home office for switch from tier 4 to flr(o) category.
How should we resolve this? Can ukba give permission over phone .. I am pretty sure this is not possible from my knowledge. |

When it says on this page | Quote: | | If you applied for your Tier 4 student visa before 5 October 2009 | is this the date when student first came to UK or when last made an extension or last changed sponsor? |

FLR(O) application made on medical grounds to extend her current leave. Letter from hospital. admitted to hospital for 1 month - genuine reason. Could not apply under Tier-4 as taking english test was not possible.
FLR(O) applied in July, only acknowledgement letter received. No Biometric letter yet.
Thus her case is unique and does not fall into any listed in this link. What do you advise for taking up a single course to complete her MBA at another college? |
