HI,
please can anybody help can i apply for child tax credit and child health benefit i am on ILR(indefinate leave to remain) i got this after i completed my 5-years on work-permit.

Now that you're free of Immigration control, you can apply for whichever benefits you qualify for without restriction.

Is there a income cap for Child tax credit and Work tax credit? if so how much is the income cap?

As I understand we will have to apply together as family, the total CTC and WTC is calculated based on our house hold income. Please correct me if I am wrong.
