Hi Moderator,
I am applying for ILR for myself and my second son who is born in UK and is dependent on my current T2 visa. In earlier discussions, the group suggested not to apply ILR for my wife and elder son, as they came on my wife's T2 visa and not as my dependents.
My question is
1. Can i just apply for myself and younger son in the SET(O) application directly?
2. What are the documents that i need to produce for my son. I am planning to have his Passports, BRP card, Birth certificate. Any thing else needed?
3. Do i need to take my 1 yr old son for the premium appointment? (I already booked the appointment for 1 dependent)
