|
|
Hi
I am a British National and currently working in Malta. I am moving back next month or so and was wondering whether i am eligible to claim job seekers allowance. I have had a look on the directgov website but couldnt find any suitable information.
Would be great if you can please provide any other suitable information or links. |

It's complicated and members are probably avoiding giving advice when it may not be 100% correct.
You won't be entitled to contribution based JSA, but you may qualify for income based JSA. |
