| i read that thread aswell yes there are some rumours that we all will get visa on thebasis of acca but nt sure yet how long more they will take ?? |

applied on 4th april 2012
bio given :3rd aug 2012
awaiting decision
anyone given biometrics around this date???

my story
applied for student visa extension : oct 2011
application sent back as invalid (due to incomplete form)
then fresh application was refused: (went for appeal
judge allowed the appeal feb 2012
again ukba appealed against the decision: mar 2012
judge again gave the decision in my favour:
meanwhile i applied psw as my degree finished
ukba writes a letter asking for passport for previous application
solicitor replies
bio invitation: aug 2012
given biometrics : 3rd aug 2012
i dont know what will happen now...
1 year without job and extreme depression
i dont know what to do ..
any advice?

yes, thats the reason I didn't call them.. I know what would be their answer... Some of my fellows received PSW but majority of them are still waiting like me... Hopefully everything would be ok... As UKBA now mentioned on their website that PSW pending application will be sorted out till December..
So hope for the best... |

yeah..
i read that but few months ago they wrote about end of summer .. now see it has been extended till december...
approximately how many people u know have been waiting still??? cux all my frnds got their months ago...

Don't worry everything will be ok soon... In my batch there were about 100-120 students.. Amongst them about 30 have got their PSW (including degree completion letter by UNI and result awaiting letter by COLLEGE)... So hopefully we'll get the PSW before the end of December 
SO ALWAYS HOPE FOR THE BEST  |
