Hi All,

I have been working in the UK under Work Permit (Pre PBS) from 23 Nov 2007 and it is about to expire on 23 Nov 2012. My wife came to UK as a WP dependent in Oct 2011 and her visa will also expire on 23 Nov 2012.

she would have lived in the UK for a total of 7 months till Nov 2012 (because she was in India between Dec 2011 to May 2012).

Does she qualify to apply for ILR as my dependent in my SET(O) application form or does she need to apply for extension to complete 2 years with a FLR (O) application form

Thanks Sushdmehta for the info, Q12 answers my question. Now i am relived to know that my wife can also apply for ILR with me.
