Hi I want to know for a friend who just have his ILR through 10 years rule last month.
Q1. IS he entitled for housing benefit from now on
Q2. If yes then is it going to be a problem for him to get British Citizenship.

| As he is no longer under immigration control, he can apply freely for any benefits he believes he qualifies for...without affecting a BC application later on. |

Dear Casa,
please what is the minimum weekly income I should earn that should qualify me to earn Housing benefit. I earn £600 net a month, but I was turned down for LHA.
I will greatly appreciate a response. |
