Hi, I posted mine on 2 oct, ukba has taken the money but I am still waiting the acknowledgment letter, seeing that everyone applied later than me has received.

payment taken out : WAITING - this is VERY strange...any one else had this?

Biometric letter : WAITING
biometric done : N/A
passport/bio card received : WAITING
No payment still?
Any way to download the spreadsheet instead of just viewing it online? |
Don't see a point why you want to download this spreadsheet. Anyways, I can see you are on the spreadsheet already. I am assuming that you've got a Microsoft Login (Hotmail/MSN/Windows) which you might've used to enter your details. when you open the spread sheet using your MS Login click on File -> SaveAs then click Download. - HTH |

It is amazing how late August applicants all had their biometrics done while early August applicants are still waiting. How random is that?
Agree with you Ged. I got ack letter dated 16/08 but no Biometrics yet.
I agree with you both and noticed the same. I sent my application off on the 15th August and still waiting for my biometric. Let's assume the officer dealing with the first half of August is just slow and will get round to them this week. I really pray!!! |

Dear Friends,
Congratulations to those who are out of this mess - they should feel happy and celebrate!. Looks like the UKBA's service has further deteriorated, i.e. from worse to worst. I see people are not being invited for Biometric (for over 2.5 months) and on top some people are not even getting their acknowledgement letters !!.
Has anyone who applied "late May" or "June" got a reply yet. Please come forward. I am really worried, as I applied on the 06/06 and it will be nearly 5 months next week. Horrific wait continues... good luck all!
Best Regards
Sam |

| A new row is added at skydrive "Waiting time after Biometric enrolled". hope it gives better understanding that how many weeks they are taking to process a job after Biometric enrollment . |

I applied in mid August and didn't receive any Biometrics invitation. This is getting me a little worried now after seeing the people who applied after me got their invitations.
However, it looks like I am not alone in this boat. I have seen few of our mates called the UKBA regarding this and are fruitless.
May be we shall wait a bit longer and then give them a shout.

I have applied at the beginning of october, money debited on the 9th October, but NO acknowledgement letter been received!
I will need to present this to my employer to continue my employment, what would be the best way to get a copy of the letter?
I have already sent a letter to PO box at liverpool to request a copy last week, which may take some time to process?
or i could request HR to do a employer service check to verify my application is in process?
options are appreciated.

Looks like a good blog where everyone share their problems and provide solutions.
Application Sent: 22nd August 2012
Acknowledgement Received: 23rd August 2012
I have spent 7 Years as Student + 2 Years as Fresh Talent + 1 Year as section 3c as my last leave as student was refused.
Not heard anything after that. Also have a query i didn't send my Life in UK test until 10th September as i didn't get a date will this affect my application.
Thanks

| It has now been 17 days since any one on this forum received their ILR. This appears to be the longest gap ever. UKBA please have some mercy on us. |

I am not sure how many people are sharing their outcomes..! The wait is getting longer and harder. It will be 5 months for me next week. It was a straight forward case, dealt with in an incompetent way.
Please UKBA - show some respect and mercy... or shall we file a mercy petition, but I guess they will take 6 months just to read that petition too.
Please May, June*12 applicants come forward and share your experiences / outcomes. I applied 06-06-12. Good luck all...!

I applied in May and I am still waiting . We have to stay positive and encourage each other. I know the waiting is stressful, but by reading the posts here, I know that I am not alone. Don't worry, we will all get out ILRs soon. |
