Received biometric letter: 17/Nov and did it the same day in Post Office.

Hi everyone,
Good to see many of us have received Biometric invitation letters in last cuople of days. Looks like things have speed up at UKBA.

But on the other side I have not noticed anyone receiving final decision for a while.

April/May/June applicants waiting for final decision, please update the forum with timelines.

The document link you posted looks like an old one. Please see below link for Home Office latest document for long residence. This document is Home Office guide to its case workers and a good reference point to make SET O applications.

i just phoned ukba number and they informed that the invitation letter has been produced on 16th nov, so its on its way. i am so looking forward to get it soon.

Did you call the usual number ? and what reference number did you give them ? is it the one on the acknowledgement letter ? Pls reply.

yes the usual no and reference number from ack. letter. i sent complain letter on thursday night and friday it was issued. not sure whether it was for the sake of complain they sent the letter.

My documents have just arrived at my home. The ILR looks like it is approved according to my wife. I am leaving the office in a little while to go and check it out.

I applied on August 17, got ack on 22 August and still waiting for biometric

Acknowledgement letter received 11/06/2012
BRP Invite letter received 06/08/2012
Biometrics submitted same day 06/08/2012
Approval letter dated 17/11/2012 received today 20/11/2012
BRP: Still Waiting

No gaps, on one occasion my application for SEGS was returned as I had applied on the wrong form. When I sent a new form the second time this was received one day after the date of expiry of the visa.

In total i spent about 14 months outside the UK. But no more than 4 months at any one time.

I recieved passport through the prepaid special delivery envelope which I had sent at the time of application.

I also called UKBA and they confirmed I was on their system (phew !! ) .. And said I should expect my letter by Next week.

I have also called the UKBA but i unfortunately, my details has not been scanned unto the system yet. I was advised to write a letter to the relevant department which am going to do right away. Am so worried. I applied in August 6 2012 and i have been waiting for BIO Invitation.

Hi everybody.

I am also sailing in the same boat. Recently i have discoverd this blog. I have applied my ILR in 3rd week of October - 27 and i got my ack in week time and money also taken from account in week time.

So can you please update on the sky drive. so that i can be helpful for other readers.

This blog really gives support and guidance. Thanks for all the contributes and person you who updating the sky drive. God bless you.

As the information on excel sheet give an idea what happening.
