Pre 9th July 2012, Rule 319E link

I am not able to find the rules under 319E that were in force before 9th of July on the UKBA website. I am sure they keep archives somewhere.

It will be very helpful for a senior member to kindly point me to the same if it exists?

Thanks for the link. I have see that page which is the current formulation of the rules. These were written differently prior to 9th July. I am looking for a link somewhere in the archives about the previous formulation.
