Flr m waiting from Feb 2013

Please can you suggest if I should take any action on below?

My wife's flr m application sent to UKBA in Feb 2013
Biometric done in Feb
I received my ilr in April 2013
Immediately sent my BRP & passport to UKBA in the first week of April
Now in July and still waiting for updates.

What do you suggest?
