documents required for spouse visa

hello,
I am from Karachi , Pakistan.My husband lives in Uk he is a national of Uk.I want to apply for spouse visa but i am getting some difficulties for applying the visa . therefore i want to know some answers of my questions regarding this matter.if u give reply to my questions my problem may be solved.

1. kindly provide the list of documents which i have to submit for spouse visa?
2. there is a need of six month bank statement for applying spouse visa therefore how much minimum balance is required every month in my husband 's bank account/
3. after submitting my documents for visa how much time to take complete the process

If his salary meets the financial requirement and he has the required specified evidence, then he does not need to have any savings in his account.
