I have a question regarding my wife visa she is in Pakistan at the moment, She came to UK on Jan 2009 and went back on November 2011 due to some family matters back home.
I need to know what visa she should apply from Pakistan or whether she can qualify for the ILR or something... Also can someone provide me to number to book the TB test as we are trying the number and its not going through which is listed on UKBA website.
Also she has done LLB Law degree which was taught in english from a well known University and her UNI gave her a letter confirming that degree was taught in english.
Please advice if she still need to do that english language course or should i make the UKNARIC comparability instead.
Your advice will be really appreciated.
Thanks

If not, your need the Statement of Comparability from NARIC.
Just checked with PBS calculator and it's not giving me any point.D4109125 wrote:Yes if the necessary points were not awarded on the PBS calculator.

Please suggest should i get a letter from college as well that the degree was taught in English or the UK naric comparability statement should be sufficient.
