Finger print letter - when its likely to come?

Finger print letter - when its likely to come?

Hi all,
I have applied for ILR (10years) on 30.08.2013.
Money £1051 taken out of account on 04.09.2013.
I still have not received the biometric enrolment letter.
Can somebody tell me how the process works?

I know some1 who applied 2 days after me already given fingerprints......

Is there any number to contact with UKBA?

It can take up to 4 weeks for letter to arrive.
