Need advise dependent ILR, citizenship

My wife is on a work permit for the past 5 years now and I need to apply for my ILR this month as her dependent along with her.

We have been married since Aug 2009 and was initially on a work permit of my own and switched to WP Dependant visa in 2009.
Due to work commitments, I remained in the London and she in Birmingham. We met over weekends or holidays where either of us would travel. (we have bus train tickets bought online and photographs of us)

I understand for me apply as dependant, we need to give evidence of cohabitation. We unfortunately do not have any evidence as we were and still live in two different cities and our bank details or address have not been changed either. I do have two P45's addressed to her address.

I have been living in the country legally since last 12 years.
What are my chances to get the ILR as her dependent.

If you've been living in the UK legally and continuously for 10 years, consider SET(LR).

You may be okay if you can also show subsisting marriage and intention to live together (196E > 196D(ii) > 194(iii)), etc.

I have given my IELTS (achieved 8 points) in 2009 and also have my BA degree (India) approved by NARAC and is comparable to degree from the UK. I have also passed the life in UK test.

Is it enough to prove English language ability?

Your degree will suffice the new requirement.
