How old is the child? Where is the father? Was he at anytime exercising treaty rights in the UK? I may assist depending on the stage of the case.

At what stage is the Judicial review at? Any reply from HO? Have the filed AOS (Acknowlwdgement of Service)? Why was the application refused?

I dont think you made a correct application anyway.

What Country are you native?
What is the nationality of the child, I assume an EEA based on the Father?
Are you married to the Father or is the Father married to someone else?
If so, is he on the child's birth certificate?
What is the Father currently doing, working, unemployed etc and is he in the UK?
Under what grounds did you apply for ILR?

Yes he's married to someone else and as a spouse of EEA
National as a result my daughter got her residence through the dad.the dad is in full time employment and wife both live in uk. My daughter and I are originally from Nigeria.but she was born in uk.
Yes he's on the birth certificate.and has parental responsilities though the child lives with me.
I applied for fltr based on my child's ill health and inability to walk.applied on the ground of family life and private life.pls do I do next?

I have replied to your private message aswell. It is good that the father is exercising treaty right, that he is an EU citizen rather than British.
