can we change soc code and Job Title after Application sent

the code our immigration adviser wrote is not according to what our specialties are. can we change soc code , Job Title and business plan after application sent and in process.

what do u think? how u can change ur soc code as application is with HO now???

my friend there is no way u can request HO to put new soc in ur application unless u withdraw ur application and file a new application and pay another fee as well.

dear sir,

many of applicants have come across this kind of situation before where my suggestions have always been the same as use more than one SOC codes to describe your activities to your company in application form will avoid this sort of embarrassment.

I personally know few applicants who did that and there was not any objection from UKBA neither were their services objected even it brought positive impact to their applications in terms of describing their roles in a company.

Mixing up SOC and Job Titles to give clear picture of your activities MIGHT not raise any objection by HO. The question is; If they raise any objection on it, then how applicant would justify it in the light of Immigration rules, Appendix J and SOC lists?

Secondly; while mixing up more than one SOCs, where would you suggest to mention them to be understood by case worker from the following elements:
1)Business Plan
2)Contract
3)Application Form

lets put it this way,

I run an academy My Soc is teacher/trainer 001
I deal with admissions,complaints,appeals my Soc is 002
I also advertise my business,customer relations manger, Soc is 003

you reproduced a word mixing up SOC is not appropriate to use as it is nothing to do with the mixing or such
in the box on application form where you need to paste Soc, it goes like 001,002,003.

then how you tell you do all that you produce another simple document called ''organisational chart'' for your company

Mr.xyz responsibilities: teaching,preparing and delivering the lecture
Mr.xyz responsibilities: complaints,appeals manger
Mr.xyz responsibilities: customer relations manger
Mr.xyz responsibilities: centre manager,accounts, admin(recep.)

it did not let me paste the graphs or boxes I would otherwise have made it properly, having this activity provided they can not refuse your application on Soc.

in last 6 months we got contracts of web development and software develpment code 2137

Further we got contracts for system maintenance, backup server and new server installations etc code 3131

our application is with HO. code is mentioned 2135.
can we send soc code page of application form by adding 2 more codes in which we are more successful. we shall also send a covering letter as well.

will this be ok.

u may send additional docs however its upto HO if they will accept this document as in acknowledgment letter it states no document needed to send unless asked for 1.

if someone gets visa (psw rout) by applying alone. can he attach someone as team member after getting visa.
