Registeration of a child born outside UK after visa grant.

i am a Pakistani national, on a tier 2 Min Rel visa by 24.11.2010. my family is in Pakistan and never applied for UK visa.

when i applied for visa, i entered my family details in that form. after i was granted visa, a baby was born during the last three years.
Is it required to inform UKBA about its birth ?, as its details are missing in UKBA records. his name and dob is not entered along other children in my first visa application form
