Visa for new born son but strange situation

Hi
my friend has the similar issue below which some one has already on this board please advice us what to do
"I want to apply for Tier 1 Entrepreneur dependent. I just want to book an appointment for me for same day service but in the booking page I was asked to choose the Main applicant status and there was no option for Tier 1 Entrepreneur.
I know that Tier 1 Entrepreneur cannot apply in person but it is not the case for their dependents.




What should I do to book an appointment for a Tier 1 Entrepreneur dependent?
