ILR and dependent visa

Hi, I will be applying my ILR some where in March.
My wife and my daughter are in UK, but they are travelling to india on Jan 25th for 1 year, So do i need to apply for their visa in India once I get the ILR, or they can apply before coming to uk.

My daughter is born in UK so whether it will be possible to apply her ILR from India, and my wife is not able to meet the English language requirement so which visa i should apply for her

This is something very urgent can some one help on this
