Where was your daughter born, what was your status when she was born, if British, was this via naturalisation?

Then assuming you were naturalised before you child was born, she is British by descent. She is entitled to a British Passport or CoE, the latter being usually quicker.

For your spouse (assuming she doesn't have leave), she'll have to meet the English (click) and Financial (click) requirements and any other requirements (click). See also, Annex FM 1.7 (click) for details of the calculation for self-employed persons and the specified evidence required.

Perhaps both at the same time, so far as your spouse meets the requirements.

Your accountant is an immigration specialist too?

See 2.8 of Annex FM 1.7 (click).
