Baby born in the UK

Post by gj6ab5657 » Sun Jan 12, 2014 7:00 pm

Hi! There,

Does any one know about If student-dependent given baby birth 2 yrs back in the UK, and another baby on the way- what are the chances that the student can claim asylum based upon child born in the UK? can after 5 years or 7 years parents are allowed to stay in the UK permanent based on asylum or human rights ground?

You should read what claiming asylum actually means. Is the other parent British or settled?
