Discretionary Leave To Remain

Post by Ket » Sun Jan 12, 2014 11:40 am

Hello. I am confused as to which form to use to extend Discretionary Leave To Remain. I am not asylum seeker. I did not use form FLR(O) for the first application. I had a case in the upper tribunal which I won on the basis of Article 8 Human Rights and therefore I was issued DLR for 3 years.

Well it depend on your circumstances your didn't not give much details if you did apply as private or family life ground. Anyway this form may be is suitable for you

FLR (FP) http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... _flrfp.pdf

Seneca, thank you for your reply. The decision from the court says I have private life and not family life. But there again, I have only been in the UK for 5 years and not 10 years like it says on FLR(FP) form. Could you please throw some light on this. Thank you.
