Citizenship query....

Hi i have received my indefinite leave last year on the 15.05.2013. My query is do I have to wait exactly till 15.05.2014 to apply for citizenship or I can apply 28 days before? I.e on the 13.04.2014? Thanks a lot for your advice.

Not before 15th May 2014. I'm assuming this is a Standard application and you're not married to a BC.

Hi Casa,
yes it is a standard application, not married to BC. So it seems i have to apply on the 15th May. Thanks for the response....much appreciated.

Also, make sure you were physically present in the UK, 5 years before the home office receives your application.

Amber thanks...thats should be ok...i was present in UK 5 years ago.
