1. Maintenance bank statements - 90 days consecutive
2. Business bank account statements
3. Personal bank statement with £50,000 access (in personal savings account and current)
4. Current appointment report (ordered from Companies House for £3)
5. 2 Contracts with clients (with terms of contract, services me and business provide, dates, emails, landlines, addresses, names, companies etc.)
6. Company documents
- Certificate of incorporation (ordered from Companies House for £20)
- Articles of association (got with incorporation through formation company)
- Memorandum of resolution of the sole director of the company
- Share certificate
7. Passports (current and precious, with previous UK visas)
8. Police registration
9. BRP
10. Photographs in the envelope, signed on the back
11. Paid by postal order, signed at the back
12. VAT application form acknowledgement from HMRC
13. Office contract
14. CT41G - Corporation tax from HMRC
15. PAYE registration from HMRC with code
16. Materials proving that i am related to the business and have experience:
- CV
- Previous business-related documents
17. Business plan
18. University degree and transcript
19. SOC code printout with description on the company letterheaded paper (showing off

20. Information from trade fair
- Ticket for me and company
- email for registration
21. Marketing of MY services
- Website each page printout (with description of services, work for current clients, my full details)
- Business cards
- People per hour advertisement for services
- gumtree ad
22. Proof that business is ongoing
- email communication with clients and business-related agreement with third parties (several of them)
23. Insurance quote (not purchased)
24. Personal cover letter to UKBA
25. Application form
Hope it might be of help. I understand that might be a lot (it weighted 1.3kg) but it is relevant.
