I've done a bit of analysis as per the application timeline posted for this month (Feb),

Total number of applicants = 29
Debit of fee for number of applicants = 22
Number of applicants in the last week of Feb = 5

So the success rate for debit of fee = 75.86% Amazing!

Haven't heard anything from dr_kzot (applied on 6th Feb) and fatcat294 (applied on 18th Feb), regarding the debit of fee. Hope their cases are moving as well.

Compared to the last few months (reported in this forum), Feb has the least number of applications. I hope the HO process these applications much faster too

My advice is to keep checking the forum for the turnaround of application.
What i have seen is its around three weeks after they take the fees. As they (HO) says it always depend on how transparent we were during our stay and also depend on the documents we submitted along with our application.

i applied on 06 feb 2014 bc spouse visa three years by ncs
in one week they deduct my fees and i got the acknowledgment letter as well.

i applied on 06 feb 2014 bc spouse visa three years by ncs

But what's likely is that there is a delay as sent by 2nd class as mentioned above.

I just called HO to check my son's application progress (I applied for him separately in January) and asked for my application as well (applied 7th Feb and money was taken on 12th Feb). I was told that both applications are awaiting to be allocated to a caseworker.
But the strange thing is, when I called them last week, I was told that both applications were with the caseworker and awaiting decision. So, I think it doesn't make sense to check the progress. Just forget it for a month and wait for the brown letter.
