Thanks,if the premium is accepted ,how long will it take to make their decision as I will have a premium no show in person which is 400pounds

I think there is premium in person and premium without showing in person

It is premium in person and upgraded to premium postal.

its been almost 1mth i submitted my SETO ILR and still no acknowledgement letter yet,is this how it goes lately or is it normal

I applied for ILR under a lawyers advice and I realise I still have one year to qualify for ILR,I have spent 5yrs of the 6yrs DLR ,if refused will they send my passport n bio metric card back ?any suggestion Pls

Yes, as you still have valid leave to remain in the UK, they would send them back to you

i applied for indefinite leave to remain after 5years of 6yrs of dicretional leave to remain,i applied for ilr after 5years which means i still have 1year before i submitted ,i was refused cos i didnt spend the whole of 6yrs,the home office wants to grant me another 3yrs and pay extra 600pds for health surcharge which dont want to do.and the home office will treat my application as invalid after 10days if i dont pay the health surcharge,if my application is made invalid,will they send documents back as its still valid for another 9months ,pls any idea

any advice please i want to know if i should wait for the the 10days to run out or request for my passport back,all i want is a way to get my passport back without any problem please any advice
