• COA: I´m counting with 15 days after sending Biometrics

HO seems to be slower than usual. Maybe because many EEA citizen applied for the certificate of residence due to the approaching EU referendum?!

Just an update. Received today (11.05) Biometrics letter dated 06.05. Biometrics sent on same day.

This trip was hell, glad it is over.

I received all my documents back AND the RC yesterday. My card is dated 29th of April, the day HO called my wife's employer.

My situation :

Albanian citizen married with French citizen. We were together for a year when we got married in November. I overstayed my 2nd student visa for a year before the application. We applied with a solicitor for that reason. No questionnaire, no Home Visit.

Hi Everyone,

I pick up BRC from solicitor this morning. My signature is my timeline.

It is 6 months and 3 weeks from the date that HO received my application until approved date.

Since Biometric started and make application is completed when Bio has enrolled. Therefore time line started from Bio enrolled date which is 6 months and 1 weeks

It take one week to issued BRC and another week to received. Totally more than 7 months.
