How much did the MN1 Application cost you.
My daughter was born in the UK and we have just received ILR.
Many Thanks
You can and in the form your wife will have to sign that she agrees with you application for your child. I also got my ILR on 10 year and have applied for my son. Will let you know the outcome.himansuk wrote:Hi
I got ILR under 10 years rule. But not my wife. I have one baby who born in UK before my ILR.
Can I apply for my baby using MN1 form to get certificate of british registration?
Or both parents should have ILR?
Please reply it.
Thanks.
