Hi,

I am work permit holder arrived in UK in Sep 2004. My current work permit is valid until July 2011. I hope by Sep 2009 I will get ILR. My husband and son joined me in January 2005 and are still in UK with me. My husband and son both can apply with me for ILR in the same way we applied for FLR together with single application form and single fee. Or they have to wait for some years to be eligible to apply for ILR.
