Child born in Ireland. after getting Irish passport for child both parents and child came to uk.

parents on c-visit visa. Can they remain in uk on the basis of child irish passport being a family member of eea national.

Hello,

They can ONLY in the case if that child attends a public school. Similar cases were won in the court in the past : Chen, Baumbast, so it has now become the law.

What if the Irish child is 3 years old. The parents are on c-visit visa and are residing in uk.
