English language requirement for ILR application

Post by Significant » Fri Nov 22, 2013 4:55 pm

Hello Guys,

I'm planning to apply for ILR next month, I am on Tier 1 General and had showed IELTs passed certificate when I got Tier 1 General first time. The IELTs test is expired after two years, when I applied for extension, I have checked in the form (Tier 1 extension form) that I have already proved English language requirement and have attached the expired IELTs test certificate.

Now my question is for ILR application do I need new English languages test? Or it’s ok to attach the old IELTs certificate with ILR application.
Looking forward to your replies on this and many thanks.
