ILR SET(M) waiting for 8months

Hello,

I have applied for ILR for my daughter in march 2013 and its now been 8 month waiting. Herdependent visa has expired in June.

I and my ex both are ILR holders hence i thought the application would be quite straightforward but its taking really long.

my question is:

if the application is to come back as refused in any circumstances, what choice would i have? Would i be able to apply for my daughter's citizenship, as she was eligible to do so instead of ILR and she no longer holds any visa now?

so appreciate for any replies to this...
