Hi,

I came to Uk in 25 Jan 2009 on work Permit. I was eligible for ILR but Since i am not able to collect the required docs and company was ready to extend the visa under Tier2 General. I am extending my visa under Tier2 general on 27th Dec 2013.
After extending the visa alos under new category from Work permit to Tier2 General wether I will be eligible for ILR or not

Its urgent can somebody let me know this asap

when does your current visa expire and is it wp based?

My current work permit is expiring on 13th Jan. And i am applying for Tier2 General on 27th Dec 2013. Please let me know wether this will going to affect my eligibility for ILR, and i can apply the ILR in future
