Evidence of Cohabitation

Post by kvnvj84 » Sat Dec 14, 2013 9:32 am

I am applying for ILR in October 2014 and am trying to get the documents of cohabitation ready.

Would these documents be enough to prove cohabitation from Oct 2012 to Oct 2014?

Please note that my wife does not work and our rent includes all bills hence why there is no utility bills

1) Tenancy Agreement in Joint Names - dated Oct 2012
2) NI Number received on Letter - dated January 2013
3) GP Letter for myself & Spouse - dated December 2013
4) Joint Bank Account - dated each month from December 2013 onwards
4) Joint Mobile Monthly Bill dated each month from December 2013 onwards
5) Spouse Separate Bank Account each month from December 2013 onwards
6) Virgin Broadband bank account in spouse name
7) Payslips in my name for entire 2 years

Would these be enough? and would this cover the 2 year requirement?
Please Help!
