Initial Application Denied..Please help for review.

Hello All,

I have been refused initial application due to english language requirement..
i have been awarded 100 points and still..


Documents submitted for English
- University letter stating the course was taught in english
- Bachelors Transcript.
- I didnt had the convocation certificate so i had University of mumbai issue a special certificate which has the following..
"I certify that Mr XYZ passed the BMS degree exam held in april 2003 in first class..
He is eligible for conferement for BMS degree and degree will be conferred on him at convocation of this university on his applying for the same "



Reason for denial..

The letter provided by the uni states that the degree in BMS has not been conferred upon you. Subsequently, we were not satisfied that the qualification has been formally awarded to you.

In line with the published guidance, the evidence provided and reason for exceptional consideration has been assessed as insufficient to meet the language requiremtn

Please help in review..

i m not sure review wil be sucessfull or not..i did attached pass certificate on first app, and it ws rejected..then review ws also rejected...

U cn try the review..explain them that ur letter well..thats the only thing u cn do..
