Wrong Application - Withdraw/Cancel/Annul

Hi Everybody

I need advice on the below issue, what will be the best course of action.

I am a non-EEA national, I sent an application for ILR set (m) to HO, the application was refused, with liability of removal order as my LTR had expired.

I appealed the decision, with successfully taking of the liability to removal order as my status allowed me to live in the UK without any valid endorsements/Visa/LTR even on an NON-EEA passport though the ILR set (m) stays refused.

I also reiterated to the judge about filling the wrong application, who has written this in his judgement that I applied in the wrong category.

I have since also sent my new correct application which HO has accepted.

I was wondering if there is a way to withdraw an application after it has been adjudged, Please can someone advice a best course of action on withdrawing an application or canceling or whatever the best course of action is in this case.
