Booking for premium appointment - PEO (settlement - Tier-1)

I have to apply Settlement from Tier-1 (general) category and I am planning to do in person (at PEO).

And I am booking the appointment at ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk website but on the payment page (worldpay screen), I have to pay £1426 full amount online.

So I am confused that in the application form (SET-0), there are a space to complete the payment for in person (£1426 for my application), and if I pay £1426 online when I booking, do I need to pay again on the day of application at PEO? Or they will just ingore (and not taking) the payment from my application form?

I'm pretty sure you take you appointment details and receipt with you on the day of your appointment.
