help needed in filling flr m form

I need some help in filling these sections, someone please help.
My Situation.
Filling flr m for dependent of existing tier 2 general.
Sending flr m with cover letter, at the same time when husband is sending set lr.

Yes or No

3.3 Nationality - please indicate if your sponsor has dual nationality or if they have ever held any other nationality or nationalities

Put existing nationalities

3.4 Please indicate and provide details if your sponsor holds, or has ever held, any other nationality or nationalities.

3.12 Is this your sponsor’s main residence?
Yes or No

3.13 If your sponsor’s main residence is not in the UK please provide details of their permanent address
I am confused, as not sure if need to put UK address of back home address.

3.15 If your sponsor was not British from birth, when did your sponsor obtain settlement?
Don't know what to fill here as set lr still not decided

Section 4, I will be applying for both my kids later as both of them are UK born, therefore confused how to fill section 4.

5.3 In what category were you issued a visa?
I had first PSW Dependent, then Tier 2 dependent, therefore is it going to be first visa category or the last or existing.

6.2 When did you first meet your sponsor?
is it the date we met before marriage or the marriage date

6.5 How do you keep in touch with your sponsor?
as we live here together at same address , do we still need to provide some details of communication with proof eg emails etc.

6.7 When did you begin living together?
is the date the dependent started living together in uk or as we have lived back home as well few months after marriage, so shall i put the date since marriage?

6.8 How long have you been living together in a relationship?
Since Marriage

6.9 Have you lived together permanently in the UK with your sponsor since your last grant of limited leave to remain as a partner?
Yes or No, if yes then can it be partner of PBS

6.23 What type of ceremony was your wedding/civil partnership?

6.26 Is/was this an arranged marriage?

6.33 Do you and your sponsor have any shared financial responsibilities?
Don't understand this question.

Filling 7a or 7b, when my application will come off hold after 6th april, they may not consider it under old rule and may refuse application due to not filling section 7a, please advise.

Help in this regard will be much appreciated.
