How they are counting for 5 years? (PR from Tier-1)

Post by ygnkk » Mon Mar 24, 2014 6:03 pm

Hello everyone,

I got Tier-1 (general) on 11 May 2009 and in this year 11 May 2014 I can say that I am eligible to apply PR.

But I have to apply earlier (as I have to show my PR to someone urgently), and in the guideline, I can see that 'Please do not apply more than 28 days before completing the qualifying period.'

So can I apply on 14th April 2014 as it is in the 28 days period?

One of my friends just made a joke to me like is that not working day? and I just confused but I think it is just normal working days.

Im doing with in-person so 1 or 2 days earlier can invalid my application, so I need expert help

Please suggest me

Thx :)

The 28 days is any day, including weekends. So you can apply anytime after 14th April 2014.
