FLRM dependant

Post by m.sheikh » Wed May 14, 2014 2:21 pm

Hi,

I Received ILR few months ago (10 year long residence) and I am about to apply for my wife's extension using FLRM (currently she is my Tier 1 dependant).

In the applicatin form it says that I need send a copy of all pages of my passport and copy of BRP, do I need to send copies of all the old passports as well or just the current one will suffice?

Any help will be much appreciated.

Regards
Rocki

OK - Found the answer, only photocopy of current passport is required.

Apologies for being ignorant.

From Section 12 FLRM form

Your partner’s current passport or travel document showing that he/she is present and settled in the UK. If you
are making your application by post you can send a complete and full copy of your partner’s current passport
or travel document. Every page of the passport must be copied including any blank pages.
