6points on licence

my citizenship due on June 2015 and I have 6 points on my licence
3 points SP30 1/8/2012 over speeding
3 points CU08 13/10/2013 using phone while driving
My question is can apply for my British citizenship next year or I will have to wait until all points going to clear

Experts can tell you better, but as far as I know the points mean a straight rejection.

Not an expert but I think you need to wait 3 years before you can apply if the fine were given in the court. And you should not have more than 1 FPN in the last 12 months.
