Delayed acknowledgement letter and fees not taken

Hi there
I have a bit of trouble here i applied for ILR set o on 22/jan/2015 on tier 1 general 5 year bases still i have not recieved any acknowledgment and even the fees is not been taken from my account.
Called UKVI they said they have recieved the application but it looks like there is been a issue in payment taking.

I have sufficiant funds in my account and i have also called the bank they have confirmed that no attempts has been made to take the payment and neither of any transections been declined and home office has not contacted me formally asking for fees or sending my application back.

Today i have written the letter to them with all these concerns.
My question is is there any advise i can get here what to do next because my current leave is ending on 7th of feb which is on friday if they send the documents back after 7 and i reapply would i be overstayer?? Your kind help will be much appriciated
