Help with filling SET (O) form for TIER 2 candidate.

Hi folks,
Can anyone please shed light on the question on Page 18. The questions are as follows:

SOC Code ( or nearest applicable which best describes your employment) : 2112

Current rate of pay (as stated in the codes of practice - hourly rate or annual salary) : ______per hour (should to be my hourly rate or minimum hourly rate on SOC CODE FROM UKBA?)

Current rate of Pay (as stated in the codes of practice - hourly rate or annual salary) : ______per annum (should to be my yearly income or minimum annual salary on SOC CODE FROM UKBA?)

Number of hours this salary is based on :____________

Number of weekly hours :_______________

Should be ur current salary hourly ,yearly
there are different answers to this but I emailed a person in ho and he advice the same
