Confused between FLR M and SET M

Dear forum members

I am confused whether I should apply on SET (M) or FLR (M). My visa details are:

Entry Clearance as PBS dependent: 10.04.11 until 04.11.12
FLR (M) application with ILR application of my husband: 31.10.12
FLR (M) approved: 15.04.13 until 15.10.15

I am confused whether I am eligible for ILR after 2 years spent in the UK (287(a)(i)(d) and should apply for SET (M)
or I need to spend 5 years in the UK in which case I need to extend FLR (M) and complete 5 years until 10.04.16.

Your advice will be much appreciated.

I believe that they granted your FLR(M) for 30 months in error. You should be eligible for SET(M) now, subject to KOLL, etc.
