ILR - Self Employed - Business Bank Statements

Hi there gurus and fellow members,

I have a query regarding business bank statements that need to be submitted with the ILR application for the self employed person on T-1 General visa.

Do we need to submit bank statements for last 12 months or just the latest one is sufficient.

My understanding is that since you need to show the salary & dividend coming from business account, the last 12 months statements are needed, but just want to confirm the same.

So if you all can advise me then it would be helpful.

Yes, thats correct. You need to submit proof of payments from your business to personal.

I dont agree that business bank statement is necessary.
