Spouse visa application Documents with previous visa refusal

Hi,

It would be highly appreciated, if someone advise me whether I need more documents to submit for my wife to apply for spouse visa. I fulfil the financial requirements and my wife got previous student and visit visa refusal which we explain with HO ref. Does it really impact on the spouse visa application as I fulfil all other requirements. Lists of documents we submit is as below. Please check and advise.

Applicant's passport
2 x passport size photograph
Recommendation letter from current employer mentioning previous assignment in abroad as well.
Degree certificate (ACCA)
6 months bank statement.

English Test certificate
TB test certificate


Marriage certificate (Original in English and a certified copy)
Photographs of wedding
Post marriage photographs
Itinerary and hotel reservation of our honeymoon

Sponsor Letter
Certified copy sponsor's British passport including pages of entry/exit stamp re visit to Bangladesh

Employer reference letter (mentioning annual salary, permanent contract and joining date)
6 month's payslips
6 months bank statements
P60 (2014-2015)

Tenancy agreement
Property inspection certificate
Council tax bills
Utility bills

Email notification to sponsor’s employer as life event status changed (got married)
Return flight itinerary (The time sponsor got married)
Skype conversations screenshots.
Simple Call itemized bill.

would you mind provide more details such as where is you wife now? will she apply in uk or outside? what is the refusal reasons? etc...
Also do u meet financial requirement? have you ever sponsor anyone as spouse to enter uk before? etc...

If she is outside the uk i think it is good if you include her CV as well.

For you: it is worth mentioning that the pay slips need to be original documents but if it looks like a photocopy: such as only have black and white colour or does not have your company's logo, etc... you should get a letter from employer states that the payslips are authentic. to me it is always better to have more than less.

Bank statements need to be bank stationery otherwise you need stamps for every single page.
you need the original contract as well (not just reference letter)

Accommodation:I think you need your landlord letter states he is fully aware of the situation as well. if it is rented i don't think you need property inspection certificate.

It is good to have one page states name and quantity of all the supporting documents as well.

you need to show flights, ticket, etc the time you were together before marriage as well, not just the one flight ticket the time you got married. i hope this would help you but again i am no expert
