dependent visa query

I want to ask about type of visa i should be applying to come to uk. I was in Uk in 2013 on student visa then my visa was curtailed on jan 2014. I have been in relation with my ex partner who is british citizen since 2013 till dec last year. I left UK voluntarily on my expenses in May. In december last year she visited me in Pakistan and left me saying this wont work as i cant come back and we cant prove Ridiculous amount of funds in our account for spouse visa. She felt pragnant when she visited me and now she is due to have a baby this month. My had a good solicitor from london to make up my case. I applied for visit visa to witness birth of my child and register her birth. UKVI refused my application as i not genuinely seeking entry or leave Uk before my visit visa runs out. This was a non sense reason to refuse. What i think they refused cause of this refugee crisis. Now she will be born soon. I want to be with my daughter but i dont want her to be apart from her mom and as per my ex partner she would never want our baby to be in Pakistan. So basically what i want to ask is, what type of visa i can apply after she is born.
