Work Permit Query

Hi Guys,
I'm looking for some advise on WP.I have found an employer who is willing to file for a work permit for me.I graduated with a Software Engineering degree from U.K last year and continued with an MSc course but due to financial difficulties I have to leave my course and seek for employment.I would like to know if it is a problem applying for a work permit whilst still on a student visa (course not completed).

Please advise me if there is anything else I need to watch out for.Thanks guys

As long as you have UK degree you should be fine, i dont see any problems

a friend of mine got work permit for a year (his situation is exactly similar to yours)
