Visitation Visa

I do need some advise on here, I have a permanent resident card and my a EU Citizen does have same,we are looking to invite my younger sister and her husband. We are providing only accommodation,they'll be covering living expenses. My question is this, do i still need to send bank statement,proof of address and a letter of consent from my landlord? I have contacted my landlord and he said there is no reason to give me consent he's fine if they're coming to spend 2 weeks.Just want help if it will be wise to just email an IV and copy of me and my wife's passport and residency page. Thanks All
